    Hi all.. a topic that helped me a lot, and, I am sure, will surely be something many of you follow. When you feel angry with someone, or, feel depressed  that someone you like is being deliberately rude, or something similar, stop for a moment, before reacting. Think of it from the other person's angle.. what would cause him or her to think the way he or she is behaving? A few moments of such thought helps the mind calm down. Later, I realized that it's all a matter of perception.. some people have a perception that only they are right, and their ego drives this up further. Some have a very low self-esteem, and anything someone says to them makes them retaliate, to somehow make themselves feel a cut above the other person. A very simple way  to solve such situations, is to just tell the other person' I perfectly understand what you are conveying, and am with you..' And once they feel reassured, put your point across as well, in a positive way. When peop...
